NEW ANNOUNCEMENT:
Registration will now close when event field reaches its NEW maximum cap limit of 1,000 participants in each the 10K Run or the 5K Run/Walk event.

10K Run Qualifier:
Based on the time limit for road closures and safety issues, you must complete the 10K Run event at less than 12 minute/mile pace or plan to participate in our 5K Run/Walk event.
Event Features:

  • 10K Run, 5K Run, Kids Fun Run; Awards for all three events
  • $700 in Cash Awards for overall winners; Medals to top 500 in 10K; Age Group Awards in both 10K Run and 5K Run/Walk events - pickup awards at finish-line tent
  • Kids Run - all receive classic Foresters medals
  • NEW: Start at Northville Downs - run first 1/2 mile around horse track
  • NEW: Timing mats at start and finish so your race time is accurate
  • NEW: Tag Timing - you must wear the D-Tag (disposable-chip) on your shoe to be scored for 10K & 5K Run/Walk only (Gault Race Mgt)
  • Shirts for all entrants; guaranteed if registered by 6/22/09
  • Entertainment: live music with 3 bands - at Northville Downs, at Ford Field & on course, clowns & face-painting
  • Great Food & Beverage Buffet and more!
  • Our Headliner Band in Ford Field is back again: Ultraviolet
