Race Countdown

The Kona Run & Shamrock Run events will not return in 2017 and have been dissolved. We plan to replace these races with two new themed races in the Detroit-Metro area.

• 14th annual Kona Run: 10 Mile, 10K, 5K Run/Walk, Maui Mile
• 2016 Tech Shirt*: coolest "Tech Shirt" for all entrants; *ALL participants will receive a shirt !
• Finisher Medals in: 10 Mile Run (limited to 750 entries) & 10K (limited to 1,400 entries) and 5K (limited to 1,750)
• Registration & Packet Pickup will held at the Northville Community Center Gym - MAP TO NORTHVILLE - PARKING MAP
• Guernsey Ice Cream samples served to all race participants at the finish line
• Entertainment & Luau Party: Clowns; Hawaiian Dancers & Steel Drum Band at Luau Party; great Food & Beverage Buffet; Outdoor Sponsor Expo in Ford Field on race day only!   Schedule: Saturday June 11th - 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  Continuous round trip loop from Northville HS parking lot
  with stops at:
   - Northville Rd at 7 Mile Rd (near start line)
   - Race Expo at the Northville Community Center gym

• 10 Mile Run (Qualifier Rule): All Participants must maintain a 13 Minute per Mile pace or less in 10 Mile; details on "Registration" page
• Nuun Drinks: provided at 7.5 mile mark in the 10 Mile Run and at 4 mile mark in the 10K Run. See other Absopure Fluid Water Station locations on course maps. • Start and Finish:
  
  All races start in Hines Park 1/2 Mile South of 7 Mile Road. The 10 Mile, 10K, and 5K finish at Ford Field (between Griswold and Hutton).  The Mile Finishes at the orignal Start at Hines Park.
• 5K Waves Start: 1st Wave (10 min/mile & under pace) and 2nd Wave (above 10 min/mile pace)
• B-Tag Timing: (ChronoTrack) for 10 Mile, 10K, 5K & Mile events
• NO REFUNDS; ONLY TRANSFERS ALLOWED TO ANOTHER PERSON BEFORE OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES
